How to Pay Deposit
To confirm your tour booking with The IA, a deposit is required.
You can choose to pay in USD or EUR depending on your preference.
1. Deposit Amount
- USD 500 per rider OR
- EUR 500 per rider
(The exact deposit amount will be confirmed in your booking invoice.)
The deposit already includes tax.
Your booking is officially confirmed once we receive your payment and send confirmation.

3. Payment Reference (Very Important)
When making the transfer, please include:

- Tour Date
- Booking Code (if available)

This helps us identify your payment quickly.

5. Confirmation Time
Deposit confirmation is usually completed within:
✅ 24 hours (Mon–Sat)
You will receive an official booking confirmation once verified.
6. Final Payment
The remaining balance will be paid in Vietnam on the first night of the tour (cash payment).
If full payment is made by bank transfer, an additional 8% tax will be applied.
